SHEEMA- Ugandans have been advised to keep washing their hands and observe all the directives as set by the ministry of health to curb the spread of Coronavirus in this political season.
The advice was sounded by Annet Brendah Katokye, the sheema woman MP Aspirant while seaking at the sheema district headquarters where she delivered 12 jerry cans of liquid soap to the district taskforce.
The liquid soap was meant to benefit market vendors, taxi drivers, boda boda riders and others.
Annet Brendah Katokye is a resident of Nyakashambya, Sheema Central in Kabwohe, Sheema district. She is a health officer working with the ministry of health at the main headquarter Kampala.
The RDC Sheema district Frank Kyerere who also heads the Covid-19 task force received the soap and immediately handed it to representatives of the targeted groups. He warned politicians against holding public rallies, meetings or gathering people since it can lead them into trouble by being arrested and even charged especially during this political season.
