Gerald Gubira the Kaabong District Police Commander says police is investigating the incident which took place after 11 p.m. on Friday night, inside a bar, where supporters of the Incumbent MP had gathered.
According to restrictions imposed to contain coronavirus disease, Bars are not supposed to be operating, and the country has maintained a nighttime curfew which starts at 9 p.m.
“A general inquiry file has been opened but we have no information about the suspects,” Gubira told URN on phone last evening.
