UGDECIDES2021: NRM National Deputy Treasurer meets Zonal Chairmen as Party prepares to announce election Roadmap

KAMPALA- The National Deputy Treasurer for National Resistance Movement  Hon Jacqueline Kyatuheire has urged the party members to remain steadfast and work towards strengthening the party.

Hon Kyatuheire made the remarks yesterday July 15th 2020, while chairing the NRM Zonal Chairmen meeting that took place at Kyadondo Road in Kampala.

Hon Kyatuheire said that the meeting was aimed at evaluating the last NRM electoral process so that together, they can find best practices on how to conduct the forth coming party primary elections and also strategize for the 2021 general elections amidst the Coronavirus pandemic threats.

Hon Kyatuheire who represented the NRM Treasurer Hon Rose Namayanja at the function, said that their findings will be included in a report to other party organs.

Hon Kyatuheire assured the NRM Zonal Chairmen that their party remains a strong mass Party and what is needed is to carry out more Mobilisation especially among the youth to support the party which has proved itself to have good programs for the country.

The meeting was also attended by the newly appointed Director of Mobilisation Hon Mathias Kasamba, Director of Information and Communications Hon Emmanuel Dombo and the Director of Finance  Administration Hajjat Medina Nahum.

Meanwhile the NRM Central Executive Committee is slated to hold a meeting at State House Entebbe today afternoon under the chairmanship of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni where they will discuss the party election Roadmap.
