Kampala-The Ministry of Health has announced that 11 new Coronavirus cases were registered yesterday July 13th 2020, which has brought the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 1,040.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Health, the 11 cases were all Ugandans and were immediately taken to Isolation Units for treatment.
The statement also indicated that 27 foreign long distance truck drivers who tested positive for Coronavirus at border posts were handed over to their respective countries of origin for better management.
Uganda , according to Ministry if Health records has 984 recoveries and no single death has been reported since March when the first case of Coronavirus was reported in Uganda.
