NUP Secretary General David Lewis Rubongoya Released after being detained at Kira Road Police Station

David Lewis Rubongoya – Boom Gossip has leant that National Unity Platform Secretary-General, David Rubongoya has been released after being detained at Kira Road Police Station.

He says he was charged with possession of material resembling military attire, the ‘red beret’.
