Ugandan BET award winning artiste Edrissa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo is in cloud nine after being reinstated as the ambassador for the Uganda Tourism Board as the country tries to lure tourists to visit Uganda after the COVID-19 crisis.
Eddy Kenzo is currently Uganda’s most successful artiste, commanding a huge following both in and outside Uganda. Since the success of his ‘Sitya Loss’ hit in 2014, Eddy Kenzo has been Uganda’s biggest export and it has come with rewards.
The singer had previously been an ambassador for the tourism industry before but he was kicked out after he sang a song that cast Uganda in bad light titled, “Mbakooye”. He has however been reinstated after thrusting the ambassadorial role from Quinn Abenakyo to another and back to Kenzo. The singer has been given back the role and he is super excited.
