The ultimatum of fourteen days that singer Ibrahim Mayanja alias Starboss Big Eye had given the National Resistance Movement and President Yoweri Museveni over unpaid money has elapsed. The singer had threatened legal action against the two parties if they didn’t take heed.
All this comes in the aftermath of the altercation between the singer and his political party of choice. Big Eye accuses his party NRM and President Yoweri Museveni of failure to pay him money amounting to 270 million for his services during the 2011 elections.
All this had come after Big Eye had taken to social media to cry out to the president due to debts that accrued from the house that he had bought at 400 million. After paying only 60 million, he remained with a debt of 340 million.
Having passed through his lawyers, Big Eye had revealed he badly needed his 270 million and the NRM was not doing anything to pay up.
Now that the 14-day ultimatum, fans have taken to social media to torment Big Eye with questions about his next course of action.
Is he going to sue the president? Watch the space.
